Notes and Observations:

The ThinkPad will boot and use the external monitor or the LCD, but does not switch to the LCD or to dual mode with the FN key. The Intel (82573L) Ethernet 10 / 100 / 1000 e1000 card was not configured by RedHat WS 4.0, you must get the driver from this location: http://downloadfinder.intel.com/scripts-df-external/Product_Filter.aspx?ProductID=2198 and configure it manually. During test the driver could load but the wireless network was not operational.
