Notes and Observations:
The ThinkPad x40 2382-HCU included the X4 Ultrabase Dock as part of testing.
The network adapter was not recognized in the initial release of Red Hat Enterprise Workstation 3.0 and could not be made to function. However, updated releases have no issues with the network adapter.
Wireless support was not tested becuase it was not detected by any of the distributions tested. Intel® however provides a driver and installation instructions at http://ipw2200.sourceforge.net/
